1. General Terms

By purchasing from Micro Trail Works, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Micro Trail Works specializes in custom 3D-printed RC bodies, accessories, and related products.

All products are intended for recreational hobby use.

2. Product Information

Our products are manufactured using 3D-printing technology. Minor layer lines, surface variations, and small cosmetic imperfections are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through descriptions and photographs. However, slight variations in appearance, color, finish, and dimensions may occur.

3. Product Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying product dimensions and compatibility with their RC vehicles before purchasing.

Unless specifically stated, Micro Trail Works does not guarantee compatibility with any particular RC chassis, wheelbase, suspension configuration, or aftermarket component.

Some products may require trimming, sanding, drilling, painting, or other modifications for proper installation.

4. Installation and Modifications

Customers are responsible for proper installation and use of purchased products.

Micro Trail Works is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, modifications, misuse, or operation beyond the product’s intended purpose, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-designed, made-to-order, and personalized products may vary slightly from reference photographs or digital renderings.

Once production begins, custom orders generally cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final, except as required by applicable law.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect purchases, or compatibility issues resulting from customer-provided information.

Products that arrive broken, damaged, or defective will be evaluated individually.

7. Shipping

Micro Trail Works currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, carrier operations, and destination.

8. Product Durability

3D-printed products may be affected by excessive heat, prolonged sunlight exposure, impacts, and improper handling.

Customers acknowledge that 3D-printed RC bodies and accessories may have different durability characteristics than injection-molded products.

Micro Trail Works does not guarantee that products will withstand crashes, impacts, or extreme operating conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

Original designs, photographs, logos, and other content created and owned by Micro Trail Works remain the intellectual property of Micro Trail Works.

Purchasing a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, or commercially sell copies of our original designs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Micro Trail Works is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation, modification, or use of its products.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

11. Policy Changes

Micro Trail Works reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated terms become effective, unless otherwise required by law.
